Unwearable fashion does not mean it is art. Fashion that is driven by vision, thoughtfully constructed, reveals the creation process, elevates aesthetics and delivers in its presentation, tends to be considered as an art form. Antwerp trained Peter Pilotto, in collaboration with Christopher De Vos, challenges both classical and deconstructed forms and remains one of my favorites for all of these reasons, each season.
